Optical sheet production line is mainly used for the production of
various optical grade sheets, these sheets are widely used in many
fields, including the automotive industry, electronic and
electrical industry, LCD display manufacturing, sunglasses and
protective mask manufacturing, special printing and pharmaceutical
packaging.
I. Product characteristics
1. Wide adaptability of raw materials: production lines are usually able to handle a variety of raw
materials, such as PC (polycarbonate) and PMMA (polymethyl
methacrylate), which have good optical and physical properties.
2. High precision machining: The production line is equipped with precision screws, metering
pump systems and molds to ensure the uniform stability of the melt
and the excellent optical properties of the sheet. At the same
time, the three-roll calendering system further improves the
mechanical and physical properties of the sheet.

II. Production process
1. Raw material melting: The raw material is melted through the screw in the extruder to
form a uniform melt.
2. Metering output: The melt is quantitatively output to the mold through the metering
pump to ensure that the thickness and width of the sheet meet the
requirements.
3. Forming and calender: The melt is formed into sheet in the mold, and then the surface
is polished by a three-roll calender to improve the optical and
mechanical properties of the sheet.
4. Cooling and dressing: After the sheet is cooled by the cooling rack, trimming is carried
out to ensure the dimensional accuracy and appearance quality of
the sheet.
5. Laminating and winding: Some production lines are also equipped with a laminating and
winding mechanism to protect the sheet and roll into a roll, which
is convenient for subsequent processing and transportation.
