Description
Multi-layer co-extruded sheet production line is an advanced

Working principle
In the multilayer co-extruded sheet production line, it is first
necessary to place different types of plastic particles into their
respective extruders. Through the action of heat and pressure,
these plastic materials are extruded and formed into a single layer
of plastic sheets. These single-layer plastic sheets are then fed
into a multi-layer co-extruded melt ejector, where they are melted
and combined under high temperature and pressure to form a
multi-layer composite sheet. Finally, after cooling, traction,
cutting and other processes, the multilayer composite sheet is made
to the required length and size.
Application field
The multilayer composite sheet produced by the multilayer
co-extruded sheet production line has a variety of excellent
properties, such as high strength, temperature resistance, good
corrosion resistance, can be filled, reinforced, toughened,
stiffened, flame retardant, modified and so on.

wear-resistant characteristics.
Commercial packaging: In the field of food packaging, multi-layer composite sheets have
high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and
other characteristics, suitable for the production of various food
packaging materials. In addition, it can also be used to make gift
bags, advertising fans, file bags and other commercial packaging
products.
Daily necessities: Multi-layer composite sheets can also be used to make garbage
bags, lampshades, mouse pads and other daily necessities, with
waterproof, moisture-proof, tensile resistance and other
characteristics.
